Yesterday, on the National Mall.
Simon, planning to run around for awhile after seeing the dinosaurs, catapults down the steps of the Natural History Museum, whipping off his sweatshirt as he goes.
Me: "are you sure you don't want your sweatshirt?"
Simon: "Mommy! I'm so boiling hot I'm about to turn into a gas!!"
