REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. — We stopped for dessert after dinner on our last night in Delaware, and Simon chose a scoop of "rainbow ice-cream." It was red, yellow, blue and green. (Unfortunately, this meal went undocumented — the above picture is from a different ice-cream outing on the vacation.)Uncle David: "Ooooh, Rainbow ice-cream. That looks neat. What does it taste like?"
Simon: "Basically, it tastes like rainbows."
